Morgan Stanley Said To Be Planning Natgas Facility



Investors.com http://ift.tt/1vuliqM Morgan Stanley (MS) is reportedly on the road to developing a 50-acre natural-gas export plant in Freeport, Texas, with an annual shipment capacity of 60 billion cubic feet of compressed natural gas. The investment bank has filed an application with the Department of Energy to build and operate one of the first compressed natural gas export facilities in the U.S., said Reuters.
