Stock Market Rallies Back As Nasdaq, Dow Rise 1%

The Dow Jones industrial average also climbed 1%. The Russell 2000, which has sold off more than other major indexes lately, bounced 0.6%. The Nasdaq and S&P 500 closed above their 50-day moving averages, just one day after settling below those intermediate-term trend lines. Indexes were up moderately in the morning but surged
