U.S. oil supplies will rise to 13.65 million barrels per day in Q2 before beginning to decline in the second half of the year, the oil cartel said in its monthly report. It expects non-OPEC oil supply this year to grow by 680,000 barrels per day, down from its earlier estimates of 850,000 barrels
