The Bid, Ask and Last are prices presented when you view a stock quote. These prices help you assess at which price you could buy or sell a stock. The Bid, Ask, Last also provide other information about the stock, such as how “liquid” (discussed in a moment) it is. In addition to the Bid, Ask, Last prices you’ll also see some other common figures on a stock quotes. Here’s what they all mean.
