The astronomers Michel Mayor and Didier Queloz won Nobel Prizes this year for their 1995 discovery of a Jupiter-like planet orbiting a nearby star. Here's Mayor checking his email in an airport:

Swiss astrophysicist Michel Mayor (77) realizing he just won the Nobel Prize in Physics and seeing all the incoming messages on his laptop. He was on a lecture tour in Spain. Here he is at the San Sebastian airport. In 1995, Mayor and fellow Swiss astronomer Didier Queloz discovered 51 Pegasi b, the first extrasolar planet orbiting a sun-like star, 51 Pegasi. It was for this achievement, that they were awarded the 2019 Nobel Prize in Physics. #science
